do u know how to reduce the dark circle under our eyebags?
simple and cute i think...this is one of the way that u can simply practice.
- use two tea bags that are not used anymore and by placing them on your closed eyes for about 15 to 20 minutes.Teas are good for the skin as it helps in tightening the pores and reducing eye bags as well.
*actually the real tips that SURELY effective is 'TAKE A REST & SLEEP WELL' (^.^)('')
